There was a bug where if you went into the mines to Celee
immediately after Mercalius’s permission and then doubled back before entering
Celee, you’d time-warp back into the trial sequence. If you’ve already done anything in Celee
chapter 8 you aren’t at any risk and you can ignore this hotfix. If you were affected I might be able to
resolve the issue but only if you didn’t start doing the trial activities. Email me your save if you were affected.
Beyond that, things are going quite well in terms of
Development. We’re nearly ready for the 8m2
beta which will be heavily focused on Celee.
Old places will have new events in them (Castra), old friends will need
help (Benjamin in Lesser Corsix), old friends will want attention (Rhea and Noemi),
and you’ll get to meet some new friends (Valarie, Nona’s daughter). With any luck we’ll be in beta before this
weekend and have Harem c8m2 out to patrons and c8m1 out to public for Christmas!

ReplyDeleteOut of curiosity, though I'm still getting to such a point first, I'm really hoping some missing scenes are included in the next public release. Namely, Isabella at the moat in the evil save file, and converting Edrin into a girl in both good and evil.
But can't deny, eager to see more all over. Just feels wrong for the side quests to not be complete before I continue playing into Elan.

DeleteWell, got a few complaints that need to be fixed.
ReplyDeleteFirst, despite it having been a while, there's no scene of converting Edrin into a girl, despite it having 'Coming Soon' since Chapter 6.
Second, there's a scene of Isabella leaving in the good path, but the evil path's corresponding Isabella scene has been left as 'Coming Soon' since Chapter 6.
Next, Lady Nona said she gave you a base in Denai, and it was said you were to reward Adeline for her help... but neither of those are available.
Then, there's the fact you can skip Chapter 7 to go to Elan entirely and get straight to Chapter 8 in Celee. As such... I so hope that Chapter 9 is unable to be gotten to until you've finished BOTH chapters for some reason or other.
Yep, Edrin does need to get one of these days. I'll remove the Isabella placeholder, her scene will likely occur in Celee.
DeleteAdeline does get another scene in 8m1, Nona doesn't give you her home, she lets you use it as a base to sneak into Bennaris's manor.
For Elan: It's similar to the Westlands, a non-required zone. Now Elan does require a bit of player action, the plot will require you to do Elan long enough to break Cecilia. After that, it's up to the player. I don't know how much of Celee will be required for the plot.
At what level does terra learn Focus Fire? I thought it was at least level 12 or 13.
