Goals for 5m3:
-Finish the last slave quests, Terra and Fiona. This will also include all the other interactions with Fiona for the rest of the slaves.
-Another encounter with the divines before the trial, with a few more questions answered as to the nature of your power.
-Finish the trial arc. This won't be automatically triggered, players will be able to choose to proceed to the trial or continue to do all the quests for their harem before proceeding.
-Finally capture Jessica and make her into your slave. For good.
-There will be an additional scene, the 'lucky' slave and location for the scene to be chosen by a Patreon poll!
Progress is solid. I have about 50 pages written and 80 images created so far for the new content! Also, the poll for the additional scene is extremely close! If you want to influence the development of Harem, any pledge over $2 gets you access to the poll.

hey i havent played the whole thing yet (trying to get into the trial thing but not the point atm) but the development of the slaves is important but i think the main hero needs some as well due to the fact unlike most heros in games like this he has a fair amount of character alrdy (he was a well loved lord, a general, has a fair amount of wits just to name a few). we do get some of that when we do the slaves but i think he needs some more or less "solo" development. im not saying the girls can say anything but it should be more of a "just him" thing.
ReplyDeleteand as a side note i have an idea 4 rata. one word gladiators. now im not saying we go hard core blood and guts with this for rata is alot like the late era rome and at the time the glad games where banded and be4 that where FAR kinder and u can do something like that and add a new slave if u want as a reward for finishing the whole thing (im thinking a hottie thats like an amazon or something would fit) but not needed for its a gold thing BUT your hero cant be used for glads where slaves and dishonored's only sort of thing. if u think its good go nutz with this
Chapter 6 will have a lot more to do with the main character. Celee was devoted to letting the player define the character, chapter 5 was focused on the slaves. Chapter 6 will be quite a bit more on Ralph.
Deleteok cool. what do u think of the gladiators idea? i know we had a small thing of it in lesser but i think a big thing with more "show" and less underhanded stuff would be cool and a good way of not only getting gold and exp but u can add items that are given as rewards for certain challanges. if u dont thing its a good idea that fine im just trying to see if u might like it since the rata fell a TON like romans had glads where one major thing there know for

DeleteBug report for 5m1.1 ... restarted the game due to reasons, and when I got to the early ail collection quest on the beach, the dang thing messes up. When you are asked whether you want to continue searching or head home, it keeps asking you continuously instead of letting you move when you choose continue searching.
ReplyDeleteOk, found the bug. It looks like you should be able to complete the quest, just not get additional wine casks (vendor loot). That will be fixed in 5m3.
DeleteNot sure if anybody has posted it yet; I was doing the shard mission for Fiona in which the main character got knocked out midway. After getting all of the required shards with only 3 characters, I returned to Eowen Inn (already a brothel) before reporting to Fiona in order to get the MC fixed up. But as soon as I got in, the game over screen popped up.
ReplyDeleteIt might be triggered by the inn/brothel identifying MC as knocked out considering I had no problem going to other inns to rest. With MC alive, I have yet to see any game over screen from entering the brothel.
Yep, all of your slaves are removed from the party when you enter your brothel, leaving just the MC as an actor. So if he's dead, game over. That bug would have been in the game since 4m2 (~6 months)

DeleteHow do you unlock Fiona's scene "The proof is in the pudding"? I've tried talking to her, which only results in a generic phrase. I've also tried doing the brothel scene which doesn't have any change.
