Content additions
-More sidequests! Gregory in Eowen has sidequest for you leading to
another zone, Fiona as another, also if you buy enough from her, she'll
grow more friendly. Slightly
-An additional line from Phoebe, snaking through the Celeean and Fiona
quests as well
-Added a library to Castra Corson. It is to the east of your chambers
-Added a quickie mode when interacting with your slaves in base.
-Resort in Fishing Village reopen! Talk to Sarah after you've completed
her other events.
-Put Cindy and Fenja in the bases, but they won't have any interactions.
-Variety of bug fixes from v2c3m1
-1 new slave with 1 new hinted at.

The Ethos count appears to be bugged in some way?
ReplyDeleteI am playing a mostly dark route with small choices of light but my Ethos count appears to be mostly 0 or 1
It's possible that I missed a add/sub and made it an assign on some choice. Is there any chance you can tell me what choice you made that dropped it to 1?

If this is deliberate apologies and I know you can't accommodate all playthroughs but I was aiming to play as manipulative bastard while still displaying the occasional kindness to my slaves
The above choices ended with the good version of the Angel cutscene
DeleteAlso, might not matter as looking through the walkthrough for the rest of the Chapter 3, all my choices appear to be dark.
First, thank you for taking the time to do this. It looks like I had missed a handful of ethos assignments. That will be corrected.
DeleteUnfortunately with the release cycle it's not something I can fix in public releases. It will be fixed in the chapter 4 release but not retroactively, they will only apply on a fresh playthrough.
Ultimately the problem isn't that huge. It will just change some scenes and flavor text until the start of chapter 5 and even still a slight preference will create the path. Worst case scenario the game will break the 4th wall between Rhea and Alena. If you cross over at the wrong time it will be possible to get both, but the game will detect that and ask you which to keep. At that point you'll have to decide between them based on path and the game should work properly from there.

Actually looking through the code I'll be able to retroactively correct all those except for Donna's choice when meeting with Cindy. Shouldn't be an issue to get that to roll in the start of chapter 4.
DeleteReally enjoyed Joan and Naitay. Definitely can't wait until we get Noemi; she was already a favorite of mine in v1 and now I have even more reason to look forward to her. Will Noemi be attainable in the next update? And when will we be able to acquire Fiona?
ReplyDelete2 updates unfortunately. You'll have another scene with her in chapter 4 but there was a bit too much to get her capture sequence done in time for the May release. She'll get pushed back to 4m1 in June.

ReplyDeleteHowever... I think the resort stuff is bugged. I took Sarah there, picked blue, but the chance to cap it all off with a sparring match never happened.
No fighting, just some sex on the beach :)
DeleteBut the walkthrough that came with the game said afterward I'd earn a new move sparring with Sarah. That never happened, and Sarah continues to ask to go to the resort.
DeleteAh ok, that's a bit out of order. The sparring is a base scene (I Thought I Knew/No Way to Win) which does give her a new skill (Double Attack/Bypass Defenses). Then the beach scenes become available which do not have any skill gain.

ReplyDeleteHave a negative Ethos, go into the cave SE of Eleen. In the top of the cave there's a necklace. When prompted, give it to Donna. Some times there will be scenes that require you to act out of your normal ethos.

In my head the earth elementals that drop diamonds are called "Crazy Diamond".
Are you worried about people not finishing the quest to keep Tera with the more powerful staff? I didn't really check to see if the stats decreased, but I assume they did. Then again maybe that was just there for why she can't manipulate the earth element later on. Though why you don't just get another made is a question worth asking. Especially when Fiona joins the harem.
Minor bug I could port to the Westland camp before I ever went there.
-Yep, that's why you can't sell with her anymore. I figure out how much you spent with her by comparing your gold coming in and out. Nothing I can do to fix it minus preventing you from selling.
Delete-lol at the Pythons and Crazy Diamonds
-No, if they'd rather have the staff then the scene and rewards so be it. It's a sidequest to broaden the world but nothing of plot import happens there.
-Odd. It's coded right which means somehow the switch recognizing that you visited there is getting triggered early. Any chance you know when you could start to port there?
Nice update. I really love this game. I'm seriously thinking about becoming a patreon member 'cause it's really awesome. The story and teh characters are great even more than in the previous version. You are doing a great work Ker.
ReplyDeleteSadly, I need a little help on phoebe last quest please. Where is the tunnel of the lizardman? I've searched since yesterday but still nothing. That said maybe should I close all the circle?

DeleteOn the Lizardman tunnel - Go into the underground passage beneath the Castra Corson. Go into the ancient mines. Take the first steps up and then follow the track down and off the raised area. Go north and take the second right. There's another steps there, go up them, go east, down the steps, east again and you'll find the stairs to the Underground Bunker.

DeleteI'm already in the underground bunker. I defeated the lizardman and also opened two chest in that area while exploring. What I don't know it's what i need to do to end the quest. Sorry if i din't explain that better.
DeleteGo all the way to the throne room. You'll see a hole in the wall that's letting the lizardmen in. Use that hole and you'll trigger the end sequence for the event.

Deletetheres a bug with the new fouled mouth lass. after u do the first 2 jobs 4 her there a mini scene and after its done the screen shows the last pic of that scene even with reloading and such (i made the mistack of saving hoping that a reload/restart would work but no). the thing is i could still go to the menu screen and use stuff like the hearthstone but the screen still shows the same pic
ReplyDeleteOk, I see what happened there. There's a generic inn sex event that's called whenenver you sleep without a scene. I was relying on that to erase the picture but there's a possibility that you sleep alone. And thus have no picture to erase.
DeleteThere is a way to fix that. The id-ring works as kind of a debugging tool. Use the 'check id ring' skill for Ralph and select conditional reset. That will erase the picture and let you continue.
The actual bug will be fixed in chapter 4, the work around will work for now.
